Dues                           1501-3000                FTE Students
Price: $1,907.00

The base rate for the 2018-2019 dues is figured according to the FTE of the college.  The number of FTE students is calculated based on fall student headcounts (previous fall term IPED Enrollment numbers are acceptable) as reported by the institution on the IPEDS Enrollment (EF) component (Part A).  For the purpose of NJCAA membership, FTE is defined as all students who could participate in intercollegiate athletics (main and branch/satellite campuses combined).

Membership forms and dues are delinquent if received after September 15, 2018.  Completed membership forms and/or annual dues that are not received by the NJCAA National Office by September 15th will be charged a late fee of $500.00.

Membership in the NJCAA entitles each college to the following benefits:

Affiliation with other National Organizations
The NJCAA has nationwide exposure and support with several National Organizations - United States Olympic Committee, USA Basketball, USA Wrestling, USA Track and Field, American Association of Community Colleges, Women's Sports Foundation and US Swimming to name a few.  These affiliations allow each member college to voice their opinion on issues that concern athletic programs nationwide.

Monitoring of Eligibility
The National Office will monitor and randomly audit the eligibility of student-athletes and provide accurate documentation of all rulings made.

Letter of Intent/Scholarship Agreement Program
This program allows for colleges to add prestige and security to their athletic teams by signing top recruits to National Letters of Intent and Scholarships.

The NJCAA is developing programs that will extend monetary and value-in-kind support to member colleges. These vehicles of support are only available to those colleges that are in good standing with the NJCAA.

All of the benefits mentioned are provided to each college upon receipt of dues or as they are published.  Additional copies of items or additional subscriptions are available to members upon request and fee assessment.

The NJCAA currently has 509 members in its men's division and 508 members in its women's division participating in 24 men's and 24 women's sports.  There are 46 NJCAA National Championships conducted throughout the United States for both men and women, not to mention the 8 NJCAA Football Bowl Games.

The most important aspect of the NJCAA is that of a service organization - designed and directed to serve the wishes and needs of its membership and to promote athletics at the two-year college level.
